*$69.00 a night each additional adult.
*$25.00 a night children 15 and younger.
*$70.00 per person, per night, parties of 6+ adults.
*$25.00 per pet, per night (max.2)
*Rates are subject to NH Rooms Tax
*10% discount on 7 nights or more stay.
*Deposits - A one night deposit is required for all guests reserved.
*Cancellations - 15 day cancellation policy. If we cannot rent any or all of your dates reserved your card will be charged accordingly.
*Pets - Pets are not allowed on any furnishings, must be leashed when outdoors and picked up after on the grounds. Added charges will occur if the policy has not been followed.
*Damages - You are liable for any damages caused by deliberate, negligence or reckless act to the cabin(s) reserved or property caused by you or any other person in your party whether staying here or not during your reservation.
